PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK ORDINANCE NO. 20,153 Fees $15.00 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE INTERSTATE -630 PLANNING DISTRICT (LU09-09-01) FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY AND PARK/OPEN SPACE TO PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That Residential Low Density and Park/Open Space at the northeast corner of West 10th Street and Jonesboro Street be amended to Public Institutional. Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. Section 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
