Dear Tony:
As agent for Mark Abernathy in the above -referenced application, we hereby
request a deferral of our application for PCI] for the proposed restaurant and office at the
corner of 7th and Woodrow Streets. After hearing and considering the comments of
public works staff regarding this at the subdivision committee meeting on Thursday, we
have determined that it will take some additional time to respond to those comments.
We respectfully request that our application be deferred until the next available
Planning Commission date. Please let us know when the date of that hearing will be set.
