See attached application for Land Use Plan Amendment to Mixed Office/ Commercial for the Lyne Bob Barbeque
PCD. Mark Abernathy will be in to see you today to pay the filing fee. After discussion with him yesterday we
have decided NOT to pursue the alley closure at this time. But the sign will be placed on the site plan and
submitted to you with the PCD application.
