Dear Ms. Abrams,
A Land Use Plan Amendment, LU03-09-04, concerning your property was heard at the recent
Planning Commission meeting on December 4, 2003. The Planning Commission that evening
denied this action.
That decision may be appealed to the Little Rock City Board of Directors via the City Clerk. It
must be appealed within thirty (30) days of the Planning Commission hearing. Contact Nancy
Woods at 371-6803 to ask if that appeal has been filed.
