The land use plan amendment for a proposed change from Single Family to Office was denied. The zoning
change for a change from R-3 Single Family to Planned Office Development was approved. The applicant has

Thanks for the information Mr. Hustead. I was wondering what had happened since I was unable to
attend the meeting. Are you able to tell me what the decision was regarding the lot at 1100 Van Buren
Street? There was a request to change the zoning at the same meeting.
