Planning and Re -zoning Cover Letter
Intended Office: 1313 South Tyler Street Little Rock, Arkansas 72204
To Whom It May Concern: I am Sharon Moore, the President of Walthall, Elliott, Moore
& Associates Inc., and I am writing this letter in regards to the planing and re -zoning of
1313 South Tyler Street Little Rock, AR 72204. This zone request is for the purpose of
getting the above-mentioned address re -zoned from residential only to
residential/business.
For the Purpose of Residential:
An individual or family may reside at 1313 South Tyler Street Little Rock, AR 72204. As
a resident of the above mentioned he or she will be use 1313 South Tyler Street as shelter
for him or herself and/or family.
For the Purpose of Business:
We at Walthall, Elliott, Moore, & Associates, Inc. are opening a therapy company, and
are in of need this space for business operations. We have contracted with several
businesses throughout the City of Little Rock. This central location allows us to better
serve and meet the needs of our clients.
1313 South Tyler Street Little Rock, AR 72204 will be the main offices for Walthall,
Elliott, Moore, & Associates, Inc. Therapy Company
s We will conduct interviews for potential employees
• We will conduct all billing for therapy services
• We may occasionally provide Occupational, Physical, as well as Speech and
Language evaluations.
• Therapists will report to the 1313 South Tyler Street Little Rock, AR 72204 to drop
off paper work, and check out equipment and/or materials
• There will no more than seven employees. Hours of Operation:•6�Wa.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday
Self Imposed Restrictions:
• Walthall, Elliott, Moore, & Associates will not have clients on property of 1313
South Tyler Street for treatment
a We have off street parking in the rear/alley entrance
• NO Signs will be placed in front of 1313 South Tyler Street
a 1313 South Tyler will remain residential in character
• Not one modification will be performed on the home that would indicated the home is
a business
• 1313 will function solely as the administrative offices of Walthall, Elliott, Moore, and
Associates
• Business operations at 1313 South Tyler will be conducted only during daytime
business hours, when homeowners are at work
Special Attention: Once Walthall, Elliott, Moore, & Associates INC has moved from
1313 South Tyler the home will revert back to residential only.

gain this much needed re -zoning permit.
