Jon Dodson filed a Land Use Plan Amendment on August 5, 2003 for a tract of
land at 1104 South Van Buren from Single Family to Mixed Use. After further
staff discussions and review, it was discovered that a Land Use Plan was
unnecessary for the following reason: Since the PD -0 application is attached to
an existing Office use on 12t Street, a Land Use Plan Amendment is not
necessary.
Since no action was taken on this application, we feel that a full refund of the
filing fee is in order.
