We just received a phone call from the Pastor of the 2nd Baptist Church (Kevin Kelley -
501-223-8811) and he is very concerned (appalled his words) that no one for Sonic
contacted him regarding the application. He and members of the church are planning on
attending the meeting on Thursday and raising concerns regarding the lack of communication
between this application request and the church.
Someone needs to contact him ASAP to see if his concerns can be addressed or if the
concerns can not be addressed before Thursday may be a deferral is in order to meet with
the church to determine if issues can be resolved.

Ms. James and Mr. Malone
I am writing you in regard to the document I received in regard to the
planning findings as of the receipt of the revised plans for the Sonic
Drive in. This is in regard to the item addressed on page 6 paragraph 5.
The paragraph states that the remaining property would be maintained by the
property owner. Sonic is purchasing the entire parcel of land which
includes the parcel being developed and the remaining four acres. The
intent is that at a later date the excess 4 acres would be sold to another
party. Please note this information with this application and the
subsequent document. Thank you for your time and your assistance with this
project.
