He and members of the church are planning on attending the meeting on Thursday and raising concerns regarding the lack of communication between this application request and the church. This is in regard to the item addressed on page 6 paragraph 5. The paragraph states that the remaining property would be maintained by the property owner. Sonic is purchasing the entire parcel of land which includes the parcel being developed and the remaining four acres. The intent is that at a later date the excess 4 acres would be sold to another party. Please note this information with this application and the subsequent document.
