AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222)
IN THE BOYLE PARK PLANNING DISTRICT FROM SINGLE
FAMILY TO TRANSITION; AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Conirnission after conducting a public
hearing on the issue recommends the Plan be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Siegle Family on the south side of Kanis Road east of Michael
Road be amended to Transiticui.
SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
