HomeMy WebLinkAbout19513ORDINANCE NO. 19,513 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -7989 — Described as part of the West 11/2, West 1/2, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,. said Section 31; thence N01 °20'00" East along the West line of said Section 31, 1,014.48 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a 300 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of S72'37'1 8" East, 94.88 feet to a point; thence S63 °31'22" East, 139.24 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a 300 foot radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of S76 °05'41" East, 130.60 feet to a point; thence S88 °40'00" East, 163.10 feet to a point; thence S01 °20'00" West, 900 feet to a point on the North line of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 31; thence N88 °44'27" West along said North line, 507.79 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.91 acres more or less: From "MF -6" Multifamily District to "R -2" Single Family District. (South end of Blackburn Drive). SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
