above are the four jpegs for the only two items on the plans committee
agenda. since it is so light, please email us any questions or comments
that you might have and I will respond to the entire group.
the application is a zoning item and the associated land use plan amendment.
The zoning that is proposed is from R-2 to C-3 at the southwest corner of
Business Park Drive and Kanis Road. this is just east of Barrow Road. the
property is surrounded on three sides by C-3 and to the south is 0-3 .
The land use plan application is from Mixed Office Commercial to Commercial.
It has been expanded to take in a small area to the west to join with the
existing Commercial shown at the intersection of Barrow and Kanis.
