Mr. Arnold,
I have recorded you comments expressing support for the Land Use Plan amendment change from Office to
Commercial located on University Ave. just south of Boyle Park Road. The Land Use Plan amendment will be
Item 10, while the related Zoning application will be item 10.1 on the Planning Commission Agenda for October
31, 2002. The meeting starts at 4:00 PM in the Board of Directors room in City Hall.
Currently, the City of Little Rock is not installing speed bumps on city owned streets. However, the issue of speed
bumps often arises in the Neighborhood Action Plan process.

Dear Sirs:
I would like to express my written support for the proposed development along the 2000 block of S.
University Ave. I attended the informational meeting held by the developer and feel that his proposals for
the area will have the least negative impact on our neighborhood. I reside at 12 Fair Oaks DR. I would like
to see speed bump(s) added to Fair Oaks DR as I think the traffic will inevitably increase in our
neighborhood due to development. How do we suggest the addition of speed bumps to our street? My wife
and I have young children and are concerned about their welfare.
By the way, hi to Vince! Vince is a good friend of mine from college days.
