One shows a change for the LeHigh Street area from Single-family to Low Density Residential. This is designed to more accurately represent the development and zoning currently in place along LeHigh. The second map shows several changes north of Kanis Road in the Riley Street area. This is in the area around and behind the former Target store. The change is also designed to more accurately portray the current development or zoning pattern on the land. We are requesting that your organization review these changes and send comments to the Planning & Development Department by no later than August 9, 2002. Based on comments received a possible amendment package will be developed in August for presentation to the Little Rock Planning Commission. Please send your comments to the attention of Walter Malone, 723 W. Markham.
