HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinace 18769ORDINANCE NO. 18,769 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE BOYLE PARK DISTRICT FROM SINGLE FAMILY, MULTIFAMILY, OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, MULTIFAMILY OFFICE, COMMERCIAL AND MIXED OFFICE COMMERCIAL NORTHEAST OF THE KANIS - JOHN BARROW ROAD INTERSECTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Planning Staff has reviewed the area, and; WHEREAS, the proposed changes were reviewed by neighborhood groups in the area, and; WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission recommends the approval of the proposed changes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. An area of Commercial and Single Family northeast of the John Barrow Road - Riley Drive intersection is changed to Mixed Office Commercial. SECTION 2. An area of Office southeast of the John Barrow Road - Riley Drive intersection is changed to Commercial. SECTION 3. An area of Single Family and Multifamily along and either side of Riley Drive is changed to Office. SECTION 4. An area of Single Family to the northeast of the east terminus of Riley Drive is changed to Multifamily. SECTION 5. An area of Single Family south of Riley Drive at the eastern terminus is changed to Multifamily. SECTION 6. An area of Single Family along the north of Kanis Road generally from Michael to Kanis Park is changed to Low Density Residential. SECTION 7.
