A RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT TO
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE, INC.
FOR INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS CHENAL PARKWAY
AT BOWMAN RD PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited, under Bid No.06 -220, for the construction of
intersection improvements Chenal Parkway at Bowman, and
WHEREAS, Construction Management & Maintenance, Inc. submitted the
lowest responsible and responsive bid in the amount of Eight Hundred Forty -Nine
Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty -four and 60/100 Dollars ($849,844.60) ($772,586.00 plus
10% contingencies).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Construction Management & Maintenance, Inc. for construction of intersection
improvements on Chenal Parkway at Bowman.
Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds are available for these intersection improvements in
Acct. #314 - 220 -II01.
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
