Per our phone conversation, I am sending this letter in support of the above matter.

The John Barrow Nkighhorhood Association met with Mr. Ed Jacobs at our monthly meeting. The project
was proposed as an office building and a unanimous vote to support the project was received.
It is my uzâ–şderstanding that the applicant i rill seek a conditional use permit if this is passed. A concern
mentioned, was under no circumstances. did we want to see mini warehouse storage buildings attached to
these offices.
This is one of the better locations on Barrow Road for us to bring commercial development. This will
help us to get equal blend of Commercial and remaining residential on Barrow since only two houses are
close to this property.
We look forward to working with Mr. Jacobs on the development of this project.
