Dear Mr. Jacobs,
You application for a Land Use Plan Amendment requesting a change from
Single Family to Office in the 3900 Block of John Barrow Road has been
received. Planning Staff will review your request and prepare a recommendation
for the Planning Commission. You will receive a copy of the report approximately
2 weeks before the Commission meeting.
Your request has been placed on the April 2, 1998 Planning Commission
agenda. This meeting begins at 4:00 p.m. in the City Board Room located on the
2nd Floor of City Hall, 500 W. Markham. The Commission will expect you to be
present for the meeting. We ask that you post the sign on the property 10 days
before the meeting date.
