Dear Directors:
The John Barrow Neighborhood Association Planning Committee held a special call
meeting on June 23, 1998, to discuss changes to our Land Use Plan. City staff persons
Mr. Jim Lawson and Mr. Walter Malone were in attendance as well as City Directors
Joyce and Adcock.
After questions and discussion relating to amending our Land Use Plan, the Planning
Committee voted unanimously -in favor of supporting to amend the John Barrow
Neighborhood Area Land Use Pian from 38`'' street to 40th street (West side of Barrow
Road), from Single Family to Mixed Office Commercial.
The John Barrow Neighborhood Association wishes to express its thanks to Directors
Adcock, Joyce and City Staff for their assistance in this matter.
