The Pulaski County Assessor's Office lists you as the owner of parcel 341-2530000100
located at 3100 1-30 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Department of Planning and
Development has been in the process of reviewing the Land Use Plan for the Ward 1
area, which is generally located west of Interstate 30, south of 1-630.
Staff had previously contacted you about changing your property from "COMMERCIAL"
to "SINGLE FAMILY."
At your request, your property will not be changed at this time. Your property will
be removed from the proposed amendment, and no further action is necessary on your
part.
