I am responding to the notification of a plan to change the land use of the above referenced parcel from Mixed Office
Commercial to Commercial. As a nonprofit ministry, we are concerned about the proposed change. Currently, the property is
being leased and used by a church and it may be used for other ministry purposes in the future.
We would need absolute assurance that the proposed land use change would not impact the current and potential use of the
property for nonprofit or ministry purposes. Do the definitions of the categories of land use consider churches/Christian
ministries as "commercial"? Please supply me with the descriptions of the different categories of land use.
