Dear Ms. Williams:
This letter is to confirm to you the actions of the Little Rock Planning Commission on
August 11, 2011. Your property at 1718 Bishop was removed from the package of
changes to the City Future Land Use Plan proposed by Staff. Therefore the Land Use
Plan will continue to show your land at this location as Residential — Low Density.
We apologize for the misunderstanding of including your property. The intention of the
package of Land Use changes in your area was to recognize changes that have occurred
in the neighborhood. Since your property has not changed, we should not have included
it. This has now been corrected and we hope this did not cause you too much
inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.
