University Land Use Plan You are correct. The intention of the land use plan change is to more accurately reflect what was approved and developed on the site. The change in the Land Use Plan does not add or remove anything you got approved with the Planned Zoning District approval. (Does not change in any way the approved PCD for the site). University Land Use Plan Hello Mr. Malone, We spoke previously regarding the land use plan from O to MOC which I understand more closely matches the existing uses at the subject address. When I re -zoned the parcel to PCD I obtained a C-3 unit mix in Rock Plaza which has 3 existing restaurants. Please confirm that this land use plan will not affect the C-3 use within Rock Plaza in the future. My concern is if a C-3 use tenant is lost that the city will not allow MGY, LLC to replace those lost with C-3 use. Please advise, Best Regards, MGY, LLC Marc G. There is nothing that the City has that is preventing further development of the subdivision. Can you please share with me what is going to happen with the surrounding neighborhoods? Will there be a going forth with the single family homes as discussed with us when we first bought into this area? H ubbard@ssa.gov' Subject: Land Use Plan Change in your neighborhood As requested by each of you in writing and a few of your neighbors via phone, the City will not proceed with the Land Use Plan change proposed in our letter of March 1 for your neighborhood. There had been a request that we meet with you and your neighbors about this to help you understand what was proposed. If there is still interest in this, we would be happy to schedule a meeting at the Resource Center on John Barrow Road. Please talk with your neighbors and let me know If you and your neighbors would like such a meeting. If you could let me know when some good times and bad times are, I will then schedule a meeting and send letters of invitation to your neighbors. Thanks for your time and consideration of this matter. Walter Malone, AICP Planning Manager
