3 AN"O INANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) AT THE
4 NORTHEAST
CORNER OF 36TH STREET AND BOWMAN ROAD
5 (LU15-11-01) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;

7 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
8 recommends it for adoption.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
10 OF LITTLE ROCK:
11 SECTION 1. Located in TIN R13W Sec. 16 at the northeast corner of 36th Street and Bowman
12 Road, the Land Use Plan is changed from Mixed Use to Neighborhood Commercial as shown on the
13 attached graphic.
14 SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
15 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
16 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
17 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
18 ordinance.
19 SECTION 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
20 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
