Density. The application was filed by Kenny Whitfield. A public hearing will be held by the Little
Rock Planning Commission in the Board of Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on
October 31, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that neighborhood
