Residential Medium accommodates a broad range of housing types including single family attached, single family detached, duplex, town homes, multi -family and patio or garden homes. Any combination of these and possibly other housing types may fall in this category provided that the density is between six (6) and twelve (12) dwelling units per acre. The proposal is to zone the lots to R-4 (Two-family Residential) and build two duplexes on the property. ANALYSIS: After review of the area, Staff believes that this application is not needed and should be withdrawn. NEIGHBORHOOD COMMENTS: Notices were sent to the following neighborhood associations: John Barrow Neighborhood Association, Twin Lakes "A" Homeowners Association, Twin Lakes "B" property Owners Association and Twin Lakes "B" Special Recreation Improvement District.
