Thank you for your consideration in our amendment request on the 20 acres
at Shackleford and Colonel Glenn Road. We would like to withdraw our
request without prejudice for the Decemeber 21, 2006 meeting. We will most
likely pursue a PZD for this property in the future. I will be at the
December 21st meeting to formally request the withdrawl.
