This is to confirm our request to defer the above referenced item scheduled for a hearing on July 29th. We
would like to meet with staff to further the discussions of any issues you have related to our request to have C-2
and 0-2 zoning. Please let me know when staff can meet with us to work through the issues.

Thanks for our discussions on Friday regarding the need for more work on the traffic study. This is to confirm
our conversation of Friday that we wish to defer the zoning and land use request that was scheduled to be heard
on September 9th to October the 7th. During the next month we will work with Bill Henry and his staff to review
the traffic study done by Earnie Peters. Please confirm your receipt of this request.
