This letter is in support of the request for a zoning change for the Crestwood Corporate Center.
The property is along the west side of Aldersgate Road, approximately 1,300 feet south of Kanis
Road, immediaielN adjacent to the entire northern border of Camp Aldersgate.
We fully support the request of the change in zoning from MF -24 (Multi -family) to POD (Planned
Office Developmetlt) if the acreage must be developed, a small office complex with the
provisions assured by the prospective owner is much preferred by Camp Aldersgate rather than
the current zonin;_, of multi -family use. This preference would also hold true over single family
zoning.
With a planned -Iffice development, there will be less population density, less traffic, less noise,
less activity in enings and on weekends, and less exposure for the northern area of the
gyp.
We have met N ith representatives of the prospective developer of this property. A list of Camp
Aldersgate's conct-Ms and requests were provided to the company and each of the concerns has
been positively addressed.
This is to confirm our support for the zoning request and to request your approval of the change
of this property -: coring from Multi -Family 24 or Single Family to Planned Office Development.
If we may provide any further information, we will be happy to do so. Thank you for this
opportunity to submit this request.
Sincerely,
