SUBJECT: Regular Agenda (Item # 5) Crestwood Corporate Center- Long Form POD
The, John Barrow Neighborhood Association recently appointed a new President.
Apparently, notification was sent to previous president, of which wasn't forwarded to
current President. With this occurrence, members of the John Barrow Neighborhood
Association have not been versed on issue at hand.
Due to this lack of knowledge concerning project, we would like to ask that Item # 5 be
deferred until the membership can be made fully aware of the details of project. After
that time, this association will forward a letter to the planning commission as to their
decision.
