As explained to the membership, you are wishing to acquire the property at 9414 Colonel Glenn Road, which requires a land use change and rezoning in order to relocate your telecommunications company. The Barrow Neighborhood plans does stipulate the desire for new growth of business in the association area and is in support of your request. However, when your application is submitted to the Planning Commission, you have stated a clause will be placed in the application that should you change partnerships or sell the property, it will revert back to residential property. With this understanding, the Barrow Neighborhood Association looks forward to working with you upon approval of this application.
