Mr. Avery:
It was a pleasure meeting you and your staff at the October 19, 1998, meeting of
the John Barrow Neighborhood Association.
As explained to the membership, you are wishing to acquire the property at 9414
Colonel Glenn Road, which requires a land use change and rezoning in order to
relocate your telecommunications company.
The Barrow Neighborhood plans does stipulate the desire for new growth of
business in the association area and is in support of your request. However,
when your application is submitted to the Planning Commission, you have stated
a clause will be placed in the application that should you change partnerships or
sell the property, it will revert back to residential property.
With this understanding, the Barrow Neighborhood Association looks forward to
working with you upon approval of this application.

consideration we asked and received more specific information on
the intentions of Mr. A'and Mr. F. and their business SECURE VISION.
Our approval is based on a zoning of Office(general and professional)
and Office, showroom with warehouse. As we understand this
corresponds to Little Rock Code Sec.36-301 C-3 General commercial
district. Supp. No.26,page 2332 and 2333 (see eee. and fff.)
It is therefore our understanding that "planned development"
of the above mentioned property will protect its development
fnemany purpose other than that similar to that of SECURE VISION.
