The Department of Planning and Development has been reviewing the City's Future Land Use Plan in the area between Interstate 630 and Interstate 30, from Interstate 430 to Downtown. This is part of the City's efforts to maintain the Future Land Use Plan for consistency with the likely future development patterns. Proposed changes are a result of discussions and review by city staff, to hopefully reflect a more likely future development pattern in the area - based on activity and changes noted in the recent past.
