Subject: Land use plan amendment 12-01
Chad from Sysco called to asked about the land use plan amendment next to him. Told him when it went to the PC and
when it will go to the board. He was curious as to what "park like siting" meant. My response was that the landscape
ordinance, buffer ordinance and the zoning ordinance would take care of most of that. Certainly storing obnoxious items in
the front yard setback would not be park like. He may call you on Monday.
