East of John Barrow Road between Labette Drive and Kanis Road, the Land Use Plan is 18 changed from Mixed Office and Commercial to Public Institutional. (Map 2) 19 Section 3. West of John Barrow Road between Morris Manor Drive and Labette Drive, the Land Use 20 Plan is changed from Mixed Office and Commercial to Public Institutional. (Map 3) 21 Section 4. West of Junior Deputy Road at Monette Drive, the Land Use Plan is changed from 22 Park/Open Space to Suburban Office. (Map 4) 2 ' Section 5. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 32. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
