NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for Planned Zoning Development
of the above property has been filed with the Department of Planning and
Development. A public hearing will be held by the L. R. Planning Commission at the
Robinson Center, located at the corner of West Markham Street and Broadway, on
June 11 2009 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that area
residents are aware of issues that may affect their neighborhood. Information requests
