The proposed changes are a result of discussions and review by city staff. Your property is currently shown as Community Shopping and Office. There is a proposal to change the Land Use category for your property to Mixed Office Commercial. A list of Land Use Plan categories is attached as well as a brochure concerning Land Use Plan Amendments. A change to the Land Use Plan does not change your zoning or taxes. If no response is given, the planning staff will view this as an acceptance of the change in the Land Use Plan category.
