ON A REQUEST FOR A REZONING THROUGH A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
TO ALL RESIDENTS IN THE VICINITY OF THE PROPERTY AT:
GENERAL LOCATION OR ADDRESS: located on the Southwest corner of Colonel Glenn and
David O Dodd Roads bounded by Lawson Road

REQUEST: The Village at Colonel Glenn Long -form PCD Z -6973-D a request to rezone 13.61
acres from 0-3, General Office District and C-3, General Commercial District to Planned Commercial
Development to allow the creation of 12 lots with one lot proposed for development with a 60,000
square foot building containing 30,000 square feet of retail on the Wound level and 30,0000 square feet
of office on the second floor. The remaining lots will develop with mixed uses of office and commercial
uses with a revision to the PCD at the time of development. A Land Use Plan Amendment
LU07-12-01 has also been filed for this ro ert.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for Planned Zoning Development of the above
property has been filed with the Department of Planning and Development. A public hearing will be
held by the L. R. Planning Commission in the Board of Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on
August 16, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that area residents are aware of
issues that may affect their neighborhood. Information requests should be directed to the Planning Staff
(Donna James) at 371-4790.
