ORDINANCE NO. 18,964
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE 65"' STREET WEST PLANNING
DISTRICT FROM OFFICE TO COMMERCIAL AND
PARK/OPEN SPACE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to
amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Office shown west of Interstate 430 in the south half of Section
21; Range 13 West Township 1 North be amended to Commercial.
SECTION 2. That a 75' wide strip of Park Open Space be placed on the east,
south and west boundaries of the Commercial area stated above to buffer the JA Fair
School to the west, Single Fancily residential to the south, and to provide screening along
the western right—of-way for the I-430 Interstate,
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
