Subject: Opposition to land use Amendment #LU99-11-01
Planners/Commissioners:
The pecan lake board members met on 2/2/99.At this meeting the subject of land use plan #LU99-1:
01, was discussed.The decision was made to oppose said land use plan for the following reasons.
#1. Location,Location,Location.
#2.Traffic
#3.Decreased Home Property value.
#4Un-Sightly Construction.
#5.Environmental Problems.
#6.Security/Crime Problems.
The area in question is surronded by resident home owners,schools and small business/grocery
store/car wash,etc. The land use Amendment #LU99-11-01 ,in our oponion would ,if passed would
do A dis-service to home owners who make up this area.
For the above mention reasons ,we ask that you vote no foron land use amendment#LU99-11-
01.
