McKinley Suite 670 Little Rock, AR 72205 Dear Mr. Rushin, The application for land use plan amendment on Shackleford Road will be heard before the Planning Commission on February 19, 1998. The meeting will began at 4:00 p.m. Because of construction associated with replacement of the elevator in City Hall the meeting has been moved to the Robinson Center at 400 W. Markham, directly east of City Hall. The meeting will be held in Room 120 which is located on the lowest level of the building. Access can gained from either the Broadway or Double Tree Hotel enterence. The Planning Staff has elected to extend the area for amendment outside of your request. We are also recommending that your property be changed to STD, not MCI as you requested. Staff feels that the same types of uses, such as mini - warehouses, are acceptable in the STD category.
