Dear Mr. Rushin,
The land use plan amendment (Case # LU98-12-01) was approved by the
Planning Commission on February 19, 1998 as to the Planning Staff's
recommendation. I will forward that amendment onto the Board of Directors for
placement on their March 17 agenda. While I anticipate this item will be placed
on the consent agenda, it is advisable to be in attendance.
You spoke previously with Monte Moore about filing a PZD for your property.
The next filing date is March 23rd for items to be heard at the April 30 Planning
Commission Meeting. Mr. Moore can be reached at 371-4792.
