All:
Paul, Brian, and Walkie, this is Paul, Brian, and Walkie. Walkie is one of our Trustees at First Lutheran Church. He is the
“Project Manager” for the roof repairs.
We have another leak in our Luther Building, and unsure of the extent of the damage. Walkie will be calling the roofer to
evaluate the roof; he is contact with the roofer as well (roofer doesn’t utilize e-mail). Can everyone coordinate schedules
so the four of you (Walkie, Paul, Brian, and the roofer) can meet and discuss the apartment building roof and any
concerns with the office building roof and the sanctuary roof over the south side stairway?
If Walkie can coordinate with the roof, Paul, and Brian, we can have everyone present and see how to proceed with the
roof repairs. If it is late in the day, I may attend as well.
Let’s see how we can coordinate with everyone.
