Hi Robert and Brian,
I just checked the forecast for Monday (27th) and Tuesday (28th), and both days are supposed to be sunny and a little
warmer (69 degrees) on Tuesday afternoon. Although I am usually off at 4:30 PM, I can accommodate your requested
time of 4:30 PM. We should probably look at the apartment building first while we have some daylight to figure out the
soffit and gutters on that one as sunset is forecast for 4:59 PM on Tuesday.
Let me know if Tuesday the 28th at 4:30 PM works for both of you.
Cheers,
Paul

Paul:
I can do that. Is there any chance we could meet one afternoon at 4:30? I am scheduled to leave work at 4:00, although
unless I have a meeting, I am usually later.
You guys have a Happy Thanksgiving as well.

Thanks.
Robert.

Good morning Robert,
Brian Minyard and I were just on the phone about the roofing project for the First Lutheran Church and surrounding
buildings. We thought it would be good to do a site visit this next week so we can examine what’s going on in person. Do
you have an opening in your schedule to do that? Brian has commitments on Wednesday and I have commitments on
Monday morning, but we are both otherwise available.
Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving and we look forward to hearing from you to set something up.
Cheers,
Paul
