The roof does not utilize e-mail. I am currently working with another Trustee to coordinate with the roofer. We do probably need to get him, the other Trustee, up to speed more on the historic issues. FYI, although I’ll still be coordinating the grants and such, as of January 1st I’ll no longer be a Trustee at the church. I’ll be moving up to Vice-President of the church. Grants were a big concern – no one felt as though anyone else could coordinate. I will be doing less of the operations and maintenance and more will be provided by two other Trustees. Just wanted to keep you in the loop and let you know we are working on coordination. Too many people involved. 2 Thanks. If that is the case and the leaks were bad enough, then there may be some damage to the roof deck underneath it. Hopefully the roof structural members are ok. I couldn’t see any de flection in the roof deck from the ground, but the roofer would be able to determine if that issue is present. I don’t know if it is dark because of water stains or dampness. 3 Let me know when we can discuss this again. With these photos and Paul’s sketches, we could probably meet anywhere to discuss. Robert, I just sent you a Dropbox invitation to the photos I took yesterday at the buildings that you can use either for the HPRG application for the church, or the review Brian will be doing for the city on the 307 E. 7 th Street house and the church office building.
