Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Front Steps
a) Replace crumbling corner of concrete steps with concrete patch. Match color and texture as
much as possible.
2) Storm Damage of third floor gable
a) Window
i) Commission a replacement lower sash to match damaged sash in muntins, size and
materials.
ii) Repair, reinstall or re-create damaged pilasters on front of gable with materials of same size,
profile and material as existing.
iii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
iv) Repair any roofing materials with same materials to make structure watertight.
3) Landscaping
a) Replace railroad ties along front walk with another railroad tie. If another rail road tie cannot be
obtained, removal of all ties, re -grading, and re sodding is permissible. Replacing ties with
another material will require a public hearing.
