Application is hereby made to the Little Rock Historic District
Commission pursuant to the Arkansas Historic Districts Act 484,
of 1963, Acts of Arkansas, and Little Rock Historic District
Ordinance No. 14,042 as amended, petitioning for a Certificate
of Appropriateness on the following described property:

Submission Requirements:
1. Existing Buildings
A. An accurate sketch, photograph or drawing of each
elevation where changes are proposed snowing existing appear-
ances; plus sketch or drawing of any proposed physical
changes; and
B. A description of materials to be used and an overall
scheme, including but not limited to foundation, walls, trim,
windows, doors, roof, chimney, and any other exterior surface
or detail.
2. New Construction
A. An accurate drawing of all elevations showing pro-
posed appearance and its relationship to adjacent and nearby
buildings; and
B. A description of materials to be used including all
exteror surfaces and details.

It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before
the Little Rock Historic District Commission will be published at
least 15 days prior to said hearing in a daily newspaper as re-
quired by Arkansas Act 484 of 1963 and Little Rock Ordinance
No. 14042, and that notice of said public hearing before the
Commission must be circulated by the applicant to all other parties
in interest, including those owners of land within the established
area of influence of the building or property under consideration
as required by the Guidelines of the Historic District Commission,
and that the cost of such notices shall be borne by the applicant.
