FOLLOW UP:
Since there is only one item on the agenda for this public
hearing, I have not prepared an agenda. The enclosed
information includes the description of the applicant's
proposal (Exhibit#1) and the technical report submitted
by the Quapaw Quarter Association (Exhibit #2). In that
we have no Architectural Review Committee there will be no
formal recommendation. This item will simply have to be
judged on its merits, or be deferred to a later meetirg.
I am also enclosing a copy of the last public hearing minutes
for your review.
Please complete your Code of Ethics information and bring it
with you prior to the meeting. It would be helpful if we
could possibly meet fifteen minutes early in the Conference
Room to discuss pertinent procedures and have the Code of
Ethics submissions notarized. Thank you.
