Dear Ms. Dean:
Please find attached some suggested changes to the City Land Use Plan in your area.
Staff is requesting your input on these changes prior to setting a public hearing to discuss
them.
Most of the changes are intended to more accurately reflect the development pattern of
the area. If you and your organization have concerns about any of the modifications
please contact Walter Malone (371-6819) or Shawn Spencer (371-4781). Also if you
believe additional changes are appropriate provide us with the change (location, from and
to) and reason(s) why the change is appropriate.
We need to receive your comments by Friday May 26th. In early June staff will contact
property owners with an early July target for public hearing.
We wish to thank you for your time and efforts to improve Little Rock's Plan for your
area.
Sincerely,
