Dear Mr. Bonnette:
This letter is to clarify that the letter dated June 1, 2000 was send to you by error. We
had used the Accessor's records, which unfortunately were incorrect (as to property
address) in your case. We understand that they have been corrected now.
As to your property at 6701 Geyer Springs Road, there is no plan by the City of Little
Rock to either change the zoning or land use classification of this property.
I regret any inconvenience the previous letter has caused you. Please accept my apology
for any time lost or aggravation this may have caused you.
