HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance 18326a U") ORDINANCE NO. _Igi396 /0 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE 65TH STREET EAST PLANNING DISTRICT CHANGING VARIOUS CLASSIFICATIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Planning Staff reviewed the area and recommends the adopted Plan be modified; and, WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission recommends the proposed Land Use Plan changes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTIO An area shown for Commercial use north of 53rd Street and west of Geyer Springs Road is changed to Public Institutional. SECTIUN 2,v The proposed Single Family use area along the south sae ' of 53rd Street between University Avenue and Mabelvale Pike Road is changed to Public Institutional. SECTION An area shown for Multifamily use north of Mabelvale Pike Road between Primrose Lane and West 51st Street is changed to Low Density Residential. SECTION 4. The Mixed Commercial/ Industrial use area between University Avenue and Geyer Springs Road, north of 65th Street to Mabelvale Pike Road is changed to Commercial. SECTION 5. An area shown for Single Family use located at the southeast corner of Geyer Springs Road and 57th Street is changed to Public Institutional. SECTION 6. The Mixed Commercial Industrial use area either side of 65th Street, east of Geyer Springs Road is changed to Commercial. SECTION 7. The Mixed Commercial Industrial use area located at the northeast corner of Geyer Springs Road and Big Oak Lane is changed to Service Trades District. SECTION 8. The Mixed Commercial Industrial use area roughly between Geyer Springs Road and Battle Road north of 65th Street is changed to Light Industrial. SECTION 9. The Mixed Commercial, Industrial use area south of 65th Street and east of Woodson Road is changed to Service Trades District. SECTION 10. An area of Mixed Commercial Industrial on the south side of 65th Street between Woodson and Lancaster Roads is changed to Commercial. SECTION 11. An area shown for Commercial and Park/Open Space use west of Lancaster Road and south of Southern Oaks is changed to Single Family. SECTION 12. An area shown for Multifamily use east of Lancaster Road and south of Southern Oaks is changed to Single Family. SECTION 13. An area of Commercial use west side of Patterson Road between the Union Pacific Railroad and Hoffman is changed to Service Trades District. SECTION 14. An area of Industrial use west of Patterson Road from south of West 616t Street to Hoffman is changed to Service Trades District. SECTION 10 The Mixed Commercial Industrial use area shown south of 65th Street either side of Wakefield Drive is changed to Commercial. SECTION O An area shown for Single Family use west of Doyle Springs Road across from Clement Drive is changed to Public Institutional.
