AR 72209 Planning Commission 703 West Markham Street Little Rock, AR 72201 Reference: Proposed Outpatient Counseling Office at 4807 Ballinger Road, Little Rock Arkansas 72207 Dear Sir: I am requesting for rezoning of 4807 Ballinger Road, Little Rock Arkansas 72209, from single- family use to office use. The proposed Counseling Office plans to respond to the stages of physical, emotional, social, intellectual growth and behavioral problems of adolescents in Little Rock, Arkansas. The goal and objectives of this outpatient Counseling Office are to establish a quality out patient counseling office that will help families and children., viz., adolescents, who have behavioral and psychological problems that include drug and alcohol addiction, the perpetration of crimes, and tendencies to defiance of authority. The Outpatient Counseling Office will help the community address some social concerns affecting the entire community. It is my intention to help the community deal with the issue of reuniting adolescents with their families after they have received the proper help needed for reunification. A quality outpatient counseling office would provide a viable solution to social and psychological concerns within Little Rock for its families and adolescents. I am the owner of the property. 1 am not renting it. 1 also have documented evidence of support (petition) from the residence in the immediate vicinity of my property. See attached petition of support. Based on the above explanation, I am requesting and appealing to the Planning Commission to approve the establishment of this counseling office at 4807 Ballinger Road, Little Rock Arkansas.
